Nomex^® CXP^® HRC 2 Inherent FR Fabric

Nomex® CXP® is a patented, inherently flameresistant fabric innovation that helps protect against both fire and electric arc flash hazards. This dual-hazard solution combines proprietary technology engineered by Milliken to enhance arc protection for DuPont Nomex®—which is recognized as a leading flame-resistant (FR) fabric for fire protection in oil and gas, military, emergency response and automobile racing applications.

CXP fabric is UL listed and NFPA 2112, CAN/CGSB-155.20 (155.22), NFPA 1975, NFPA 1977 compliant.

CXP^® Flame Resistant Fabric

CXP is a patented, flame-resistant fabric made of DuPont NOMEX® IIIA. Our fabric is more comfortable and lasts longer than other FR fabrics, and with the flame resistance built in, CXP is the best choice for protective industrial uniforms and for fire service.

Our Softouch Technology® ensures that CXP is soft to the touch and has improved airflow through the fabric. VISA® provides superior wicking for moisture management and helps oily stains wash out. Plus, CXP is 30% lighter in weight than FR Cotton and 40% lighter than FR Cotton/Nylon, an important factor in overall comfort. All of this keeps you cool and dry when doing hot work.

CXP fabric is UL listed and NFPA 1975, NFPA 1977, NFPA 2112 and ASTM F1506 compliant.
