Introducing Amplitude®: High-Performance, FR fabrics by Milliken for NFPA 70E and NFPA 2112 compliance
For years, there were only two options in workwear: protective or comfortable. Times have changed. Milliken FR™ introduces Amplitude® Flame Resistant workwear fabrics. These new “Made in USA” fabrics are processed ammonia-free and are constructed of a cotton/nylon blend designed to help mitigate potential injuries due to electric arc and flash fire exposure, while maintaining very high levels of durability and comfort.
You wanted it, so here it is. Amplitude has enhanced comfort and improved aesthetic qualities, and delivers premium FR performance while enhancing worker comfort through improved breathability and optional stretch. Amplitude is currently available in both 7 oz. bottomweight and 9 oz. topweight fabrics, with more innovative FR designs planned for launch in the near future.
